All New Peace Jewelry pieces are handcrafted in Saskatchewan, Canada and carefully packaged for safe delivery.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Please note that New Peace Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or general wear.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing and to reach out with any questions prior to placing an order- exchanges may be offered in case of a sizing issue.

Craftsmanship & Care

Each piece is made with care using high-quality materials and traditional metalsmithing techniques. That said, fine jewelry—particularly handcrafted work—should be worn and cared for thoughtfully.

In the Event of a Craft Issue

If your piece arrives damaged or experiences an unexpected craftsmanship-related issue shortly after delivery, please contact us at newpeacejewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

While such situations are rare, we are committed to standing behind our work and will assess each case individually to determine an appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement where possible.

• Accidental impact or misuse

• Improper storage or care

• Exposure to humidity, chemicals, etc
